Warranty 

Xshear has you covered with our no hassle 5-year warrantee. If your xShear is damaged we’ll repair or replace it. This warranty only covers the primary owner and does not cover theft, abuse, loss or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse repair if there are multiple claims from the same individual that appear to represent severe misuse or malicious appearing damage.

Returns

We know you work hard for your money and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why every xShear product may be returned, no questions asked for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

Postage is free for deliveries in the UK. All postage is sent by Royal Mail first class. Most mail arrive within 2/3 days of posting, but on some occasions it can take up to 10 working days. After that time if undelivered we can make a claim as lost postage and re supply the item or you can have a full refund. If you fail to give us the correct delivery address then Medical Aide Memoire is not responsible for any refund.

For postage outside of the UK we use Royal Mail International Standard, so allow up to 15 working days for the item to arrive, after which time it can be deemed to be lost and a claim can be made. The item will be re-shipped or a full refund is offered. If we have been given the incorrect postal address and the item goes missing then the buyer is liable to all costs.
