Postage is free for deliveries in the UK. All postage is sent by Royal Mail first class. Most mail arrive within 2/3 days of posting, but on some occasions it can take up to 10 working days. After that time if undelivered we can make a claim as lost postage and re supply the item or you can have a full refund. If you fail to give us the correct delivery address then Medical Aide Memoire is not responsible for any refund.

For postage outside of the UK we use Royal Mail International Standard, so allow up to 15 working days for the item to arrive, after which time it can be deemed to be lost and a claim can be made. The item will be re-shipped or a full refund is offered. If we have been given the incorrect postal address and the item goes missing then the buyer is liable to all costs.

In addition to your statutory rights we have a “Good Will Returns Policy”. Our Good Will Returns Policy means that if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. You must ensure the products are returned and received within 14 days otherwise your refund may be refused. If for any reason the product is faulty or damaged the buyer can return the item to us and if faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or replacement and the buyer will be entitled to a return postage refund.
